I'm Richa, photographer, book lover, wine enthusiast and a mother to a wee toddler girl.

I have been taking photographs professionally for over 10 years. Originally from India, I call New Zealand my home for over 8 years now. I love outdoors and feel so blessed to be living in nature’s lap. 

I believe that photographs live on even after time catches on, kids grow up, we get busy in our daily lives, photographs on the wall take you back in that memory in a split second. They bring a smile on your face. Photographs are a way to time travel. 

Bringing a newborn into the world is so overwhelming and we keep waiting for kids to be a certain age to get family photos done but from my personal experience, I feel now is always a good time to remember your family by. Those little fingers, the different stages of your kid’s life, the way you looked when you were in that age, its all worth cherishing. Time is ever changing and since I became a mother, I realised how important it is to capture motherhood & the cuddles that knit a family. I am invested in your journey and I love turning those beautiful moments into images you will never want to forget.
